I have known Karen Gurwitz, the founder of Mothers and Menus for over 2 years. During that time I have learned a lot about nutrition and what new moms should eat and shouldn't eat. I know several people that had food delivered from Mothers and Menus and they were extremely happy with the food. After my twin boys were born I decided to try it out for myself.
After the boys were born I had very little time to eat or to think about what I wanted to eat. Mothers and Menus was really easy. The food was delivered to my door every day and the food was really good - so good that I could not believe that it was healthy too. Mothers and Menus is a great alternative to some of the other food delivery services and they know about moms too.
